Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (FTR) Department diagnoses and treats all types of musculoskeletal system diseases, rheumatic diseases being in the first place. It does not perform surgical operations, directs patients to other specialist physicians.
FTR specialist physicians inform patients about workup after examination and diagnosis and the best treatment options s/he proposes. A treatment program might be medicine, special injections, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. Other health problems of the patient, working conditions, daily routine, exercise, sports, and habits are considered.
